This policy describes how MetasEarn handles the information you provide when you use the platform. It is written to reflect what the application actually collects and stores.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account on MetasEarn, we ask you to provide the following information:

Your full name
A chosen username
Your email address
Your phone number
Your country/CIP
An access key used to join the platform

When you use the app, we also store your in-app activity, including your coin balance, streaks, session history, and withdrawal requests you submit.

2. How We Use It

To create and maintain your account and keep your progress (coins, streak, sessions) saved.
To authenticate you on return visits (username + access key).
To process and respond to withdrawal requests you submit.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your account data and gameplay records are stored in a cloud database (Supabase) that the application connects to over an encrypted connection.

In addition, certain operational notifications (for example, new signups or withdrawal requests) may be delivered to our internal operations chat via an automated messaging service. This is used only for operating the platform and is not visible to other members.

Your browser may also hold a small amount of local data (for example, a setting recording that you accepted this notice). This stays on your device and is used only to remember your preference.

4. Withdrawal Information

To receive a withdrawal, you provide a wallet address for the payout network you choose (BTC, USDT, TRX or SOL) inside the withdrawal form. This address is stored so we can fulfill your request and is only used for that purpose.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account information and activity for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to resolve pending withdrawals or comply with financial record-keeping requirements.

6. Your Rights

You may request copies of the personal data we hold about you.
You may request correction of inaccurate information.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
You may withdraw a pending withdrawal request at any time.

The provision of your data is not a condition of any unrelated service, and you can stop using the platform at any time.

7. Children

MetasEarn is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
