By creating an account or using MetasEarn, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
MetasEarn is an entertainment platform that lets members participate in daily sessions involving tap and spin activities and earn in-app coins. Members can submit withdrawal requests for their in-app earnings through the payout methods displayed in the app (BTC, USDT, TRX or SOL).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MetasEarn. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older, that you are legally able to enter into an agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts And Access Keys
Each account requires a valid access key and a unique username.
You are responsible for keeping your username and access key confidential.
You may not create multiple accounts to gain extra rewards, and you may not share or resell access keys unless we authorize it.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. In-App Coins And Payouts
In-app coins reflect activity within the platform. Coin values shown in dollars are a display of the equivalent value used to calculate payout requests.
Withdrawals are requested through the app by selecting a network and providing a valid wallet address.
Each withdrawal request is reviewed and fulfilled by the platform. Payouts are only made to the wallet address you provide in the request.
We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, any rate of return, or that any particular amount will be available to withdraw. Earning amounts vary by activity and are not an investment or a way to generate interest.
Fraudulent activity (including tampering with the app, automating gameplay, or submitting false/original wallet or identity information) voids earnings and may result in forfeiture of balance and account closure.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use bots, scripts, emulators or automation to play sessions or earn coins.
Attempt to access, modify or interfere with the platform's systems, data or other members' accounts.
Misrepresent your identity, location or payout details.
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.
6. No Investment And No Guaranteed Returns
MetasEarn is not a financial product, an investment, an exchange, or a gambling operator. Your on-platform activity does not involve depositing money to the platform. We make no promise, express or implied, that you will earn any specific amount of coins, dollars, or withdrawable value.
7. Privacy
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
8. Availability And Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetasEarn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of coins, data, or expected earnings) arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using MetasEarn at any time and request deletion of your account. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Pending legitimate withdrawal requests at the time of termination remain subject to our payout process.
